This course provides the knowledge and skills to recognise, address, and mitigate bullying and harassment in the UK workplace. Participants will learn about relevant legislation, such as the Equality Act 2010, and explore evidence-based strategies for promoting dignity, diversity and a positive, productive organisational culture.
